Andrés is a founding partner of SDC. For over two decades, he has advised local and international companies on corporate matters, M&A, banking, and financial regulation, leading cross-border transactions across Latin America and Europe.
He serves as the firm's primary point of contact for clients establishing operations in Uruguay and represents financial institutions before the Central Bank of Uruguay.
