Lawyer specialized in public law, negotiation, and institutional relations, with more than ten years of experience bridging the public and private sectors.
Served as Prosecretary of the Presidency of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay, where led strategic negotiations in infrastructure, energy, technology, and international relations.
Represented Uruguay before the International Court of Justice in The Hague (2024), during the hearings on the Advisory Opinion requested by the United Nations concerning States’ obligations in relation to climate change.
